Ashwathi Controls Pvt. Ltd. manufactures and exports industrial valves to more than 40 countries. The promoter of the company, Mr. Nitin Goraiya, is an authority in the valve industry in India. He commenced the design and manufacture of industrial valves in 1971.
As demand for the valves produced under his stewardship increased, the company purchased a new industrial plot from the Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation at Kathwada Industrial Estate in 2004 and constructed a factory with contemporary machinery and test facilities.
Industrial valves are manufactured under the FLOEC brand. The company's purpose is to meet global demand with quality that matches international standards of valve manufacture.

1971
Mr. Nitin Goraiya commenced the design and manufacture of industrial valves in India, laying the foundation for what would become the FLOEC brand.
1980
Expanded the product portfolio to include ball valves, knife edge gate valves and other industrial flow control solutions, strengthening the company's presence across diverse industrial sectors.
2004
Established a dedicated manufacturing facility at GIDC Kathwada, Ahmedabad, equipped with modern machinery, manufacturing infrastructure and testing facilities to support the growing FLOEC product range.
2010
Expanded into automation solutions with the introduction of pneumatically actuated valves, offering reliable and efficient flow control systems for industrial process applications.
2017
Strengthened the company's presence in the oil & gas sector by expanding its valve solutions for demanding applications, with an emphasis on reliability, safety and performance in critical operating environments.
