Compact Forged Valves for High-Pressure Lines
FLOEC Forged Steel Gate / Globe / Non-Return Valves are for high-pressure applications, have a compact design and are manufactured as per API 602, making them well suited to small pipelines up to 50 NB. They come with a choice of threaded or socket weld ends. Hard-faced trim material guarantees faultless sealing and durability.
They are precisely machined and, in gate and globe types, are provided with a lapped back seat so the gland packing can be replaced or repacked while the valve is in the full-open position, which is safe and cost-effective.
Materials include forged carbon steel to A105, forged alloy steel such as LF2, F11, F22 and F51, and forged stainless steel such as F304, F304L, F316 and F316L. Sizes run from 10 NB through 50 NB with pressure ratings from ASME 800# through 2500#. The range covers forged steel globe valves, non-return valves and gate valves.
