Full-Bore Gate Valves for Every Bonnet Design
We produce all types of gate valves under our brand “FLOEC”, covering bolted bonnet, pressure seal bonnet, seal welded bonnet, union bonnet and more. FLOEC gate valves in solid wedge, flexible wedge and dual disc designs are made as per API 600 and API 6D, with pressure ratings from 150# through 2500# in forged and cast carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel of all grades and super alloys like Alloy-20, Hastelloy-C, duplex and super duplex steels.
They are offered with smooth machined full bore and full opening of the wedge to eliminate additional pressure drop across the valve. Screwed-in or seal welded seat rings guarantee perfect tightness for a longer service life. In high-temperature and high-pressure valves, seat rings are either integral with the body or seal welded as per standard practice for highest safety.
