Smooth-Flow Globe Valves for Regulation and Isolation
We make all varieties of globe valves — on-off disc, control disc and parabolic disc — under the brand name FLOEC, in materials like C.I., S.G. iron, WCB, LCB, WC-1, WC-6, WC-9, CF-8, CF-8M, CF-3, CF-3M, CN-7M, CD4-Cu and Hastelloy. The range runs from 06 NB to 400 NB with pressure ratings from BS/ASME 150# through 2500# and PN-10 through PN-250. Stellite / hard-faced trim is standard on all valves of 600# and higher, and offered on lower ratings on demand.
FLOEC globe valves are designed to guarantee a 100% smooth flow area to decrease pressure drop across the valve. Specifically designed seat and packing materials are offered for superheated steam and high-temperature oils and fluids, so they are easy to service and durable. The valve is accurately machined with a lapped backseat, which allows gland packing to be replaced while the valve is in full stream.
Standard production extends up to 400 NB, and larger sizes, higher pressure ratings and special materials of construction can be customised. Every valve is checked and certified by our Q.C. department, and by clients or any internationally reputed third-party inspection agency.
